Returns and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Puch Gold LLC. Your satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully.

    1. Returns timeframe

Returns are accepted within 15 days from the date of receipt. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after this period. At this time, we do not accept exchanges.

     2. Return process

To initiate a return, please contact us at puchgoldjewerly@gmail.com before sending any item back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Items must meet the following conditions:

  • Returned in original packaging.

  • Unworn and unused, with all tags attached.

  • Postmarked for return within 15 days of the original receipt.

  • The order number must be clearly written on the outside of the package.

Return shipping costs: All returns are the responsibility of the customer, including shipping costs, unless otherwise required by law. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

     3. Condition of returned items

All returns will be inspected upon receipt. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment methodwithin 3–6 business days.

Items not in acceptable condition (e.g., worn, damaged, missing parts, or not in original packaging) may result in denial of the refund.

Refused deliveries without prior authorization will incur return shipping charges.

     4. Unauthorized returns

Items returned without prior request or that do not meet our return conditions will not be accepted. Please email puchgoldjewerly@gmail.com for any return-related queries.

     5. Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at puchgoldjewerly@gmail.com so we can make it right.

If your package is marked as “delivered” but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or your local carrier first. If still unresolved, contact us for assistance. Please note that shipping carrier claims for lost packages can only be filed 20 days after the shipment date. Puch Gold LLC is not responsible for lost packages.

     6. Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 15 days of receipt without giving a reason. To exercise this right, please contact us immediately via email at puchgoldjewerly@gmail.com with your order details.
